Student Massages

YOUvitalize is the Bismarck branch of Minot’s Spectrum School of Massage! This is our 3rd year at YOUvitalize, and we have another group of students starting in September! They will be doing their Lab hours with the outside public from November 2025 through mid March 2026. They will be offering 50-minute massages and 80-minute massages on Tuesday and  Thursday afternoons from 1:00 – 4:30pm. These massages are done in a group setting with beautifully draped dividers separating each student in their own private cabana. We invite you to try a student massage at discounted rates! Students can receive cash tips.
